In the year 1988, the first seed of Jailaxmi Group for “Jailaxmi Auto Enterprise” was sown by our Chairman Mr. A. Subramani, and it has reached this altitude at present.
Jailaxmi Group has a single-minded pursuit of providing all range of mobility to people from Two-wheeler to Earth-movers in an environmentally friendly manner. Today, the Jailaxmi Group has an established market in Passenger vehicles (Two Wheelers & Cars), Light, Medium & Heavy-Duty vehicles, Earth-movers and Construction Equipments. Jailaxmi Group operates each range of the vehicle as a separate entity.
Jailaxmi had ventured into International Markets by manufacturing and exporting Tractor Trailers. Other than this, Jailaxmi Group also owns Wind Farms at Udumalpet.
Kovai Maruthi Papers and Boards Pvt Ltd, operates a Kraft Paper Mill 100 Tonnes per Day Production capacity near TNPL at Namakkal district in Tamil Nadu. Kovai Maruthi Papers and Boards Pvt Ltd. (KMPL) have forayed into Organic Farming on 300 Acres of Land in the District of Dindigul, employing the people in the locality.

About Our Chairman
Mr A. Subramani is the Chairman of Jailaxmi Group. He is from an agricultural family and has established a vast network of businesses single-handedly. He began his career in the year 1983 after completing B. Tech — Automobile at MIT, Chennai. Furthermore, he joined TVS Dealership Business in their Service Department in 1983. In 1984, he joined Eicher Motors Ltd., as a Service Engineer and worked there for four years. In "16-02-1988" Started Jailaxmi Auto Enterprises For EICHER Trucks & Buses Service

Obtained the Authorized 2S Dealership from Eicher Motors Ltd. for Erode. And Jailaxmi Auto Enterprises Changed to Jailaxmi Auto Works & Agencies (P) Ltd
1992
Our Chairman, Started Kovai Maruti Papers & Boards (P) Ltd. along-with his MIT College mates.
1997
Started Eicher 3S Dealership Operations at Karur
2000
Started Eicher 3S Dealership Operations at Salem.

Jairam Motor, Started Doosan Dealership Operation at Salem

Started Eicher Dealership Operations at Namakkal & Krishnagiri.
